so... this headset arrived with me this morning.

thoroughly let down! - i open the packaging to find it is not unopened as stated.... the lead to connect the pad to the headset is missing as is the power supply cable. i am not a happy bunny

the plus side is that even as a used item this product is in good condition with 0 marks, i just cant test the damn thing due to lack of cabling

i have already emailed them expressing my disdain at the fact the item is not as advertised though could be rectified if all missing parts are sent and that the item works upon testing

purchased through paypal so if they try to fuck me ill claim my money back
