Hey Everyone,
I'm only a recruit, so perhaps one of the seasoned members can review this for possible implementation. So I've been thinking of ways to boost turnout on BF4 without putting too much strain on the life balance. Here it goes:
Game Night
-Every weekend we can designate a night in advance, like Fri or Sat where the BF4 CAG's are required to be on. It will be semi-mandatory. So there will be 4 game nights a month.
-We can set a number that can change as the clan grows. Let's start with 5. So if at least 5 CAG's participate all is good and there are no consequences if you did not participate.
-However, if we get less than 5 people turn out we look at the roster to see who didn't show up. If you didn't show up you get a strike.
-What to do with the strikes? Well, just like the baseball cliché goes, three strikes and you are out...of good standing that is. 3 strikes at the end of the month will result in a probation period. This period will require you to prove participation in at least two game nights, and you can't earn any strikes. Failure to meet the conditions of the probation can then result in a termination period where you will have to complete a challenge similar to marksman in a certain amount of time to remain in the clan.
-Exceptions. If you know you are going to be out of action for a while we can have some way of notifying the BF4 CAG's that you will be out of action to avoid penalties.
Hopefully this will be a good way to boost turnout without a mandatory requirement. I'm sure once we all see how fun it is to dominate as a team everyone will be getting on. Please let me know what you think of this idea, and remember everything can be tweaked, this is just an idea.
Thanks,
