    yeah man, eating a serving from each food group every day so i eat six times a day. trying to speed my metabolism up naturally. the first 3 days i measured it out but i noticed that 1/3 cup is about 5 normal spoonfuls so now i just eat 5 spoonfuls out of the big ass container lol.

    Today I had a grilled chicken salad from McAllister's Deli. Pretty tasty. I picked up an ice cream sandwich for each person in the office, so it was almost a healthy lunch.
