I actually worked in the industry for 13 years, i started as a dish washer just to be in there and I went on to run my own kitchen in Baton Rouge. I got to meet emeril and be a part of a show he was filming. my family has owned banquet houses, catering companies, and seafood markets.... i have been around food my whole life. i got into the gym scene just because it was something i TRULY love and i can make an actaul change i someones life.
