Most of it comea from constantly thinking about all the work I got the next day

I'm pretty fortunate in that I can sleep at the drop of a hat, no matter what I've been doing. Yeah, I might need five minutes to mentally digest the various fire fights I've just had but then I'm gone. Someone told me once, it's because I have a clear conscience...I suppose that's true to an extent but most of it for me is that I'm so laid back anyway.
My missus hates it cos she's the opposite.
Having said that...having baby in the room with us at the moment is somewhat taxing on the sleep quality lol.
