Grenadier MasterTo obtain this medal you need to get 20 combined kills with the M203 attachment on any rifle and hand grenades in 1 game 20 times

In ghosts we can't use the M203 attachment and hand gernades because the M203 takes up a lethal spot, what an we use instead?

use a secondary grenade launcher.

Kaset is the only other 203 launcher. The one launcher shoots stickies and the last launcher is that panzerfaust rocket
