watched it on the home screen the other day, looks like it will take place during the French Renaissance. there was a point in the last AC where you where in Absturgo and they gave clues for the next releases, one included a time frame during the Summer of Love (65-70) on the Pacific Coast. that could be interesting. finally a game promoting murdering Hippies.
i'm probably going to stay away from this however. i feel like since AC has become a yearly release they don't spend as much with gameplay and making the story interesting and vibrant. i'll be honest i skipped just about every cutscene in the last one which is the first time i have ever done for an Assassin's Creed game. i don't like how they have dumbed down the free-running either. you used to have to push the sticks in the direction of the ledge you wanted to grab on to, more control. the last 2 releases just felt clunky to me. it felt harder to grab the ledge you wanted to.

That looks mighty impressive! I thought they were gonna start using the Snowdrop engine...that can halve the load on the gpu thus providing more capacity for extra goodies.
Plus...dx12 should do very well for Xbox
Is Black Flag any good? I like AC but only ever completed the first one.

I agree I 99.99% complete everything except the fragments I gave up on those on 360 n had like over 80 hrs on it lol now I'm just gonna storm through on the xbox 1 haha
