In order to complete this assignment you need two things. One you need to have premium PURCHASED I emphasize this because accounts who licensed transferred for premium will get denied, the other being a linked battlelog account. If you have these what you need to do is sign into youre battlelog and go to leaderboards. Once there click on general and if you look on the map closely there will be a skull in the lower corner, click on it and a pop up will appear saying Initializing Phantom Program following youre GT and whether or not you own premium.
