yeah this is a major fuck up. the premium system microsoft wants to showcase is the last to get this DLC? awesome work.
For what it's worth, at least it'll work for us, unlike PS4, or PC (who aren't even getting it now for a while)

But it's still busted. Their CA servers are running at 15fps.

It's only on 360, Irish. Xbox One Live is having issues preventing it from showing up. Unfortunately, it's not DICE's fault, but no one realizes it. As soon as XBL is back up it should be fine. Hopefully soon :/
