yeah man look it up. No divorced allowed only annulments and it take 7yrs of separation from your spouse to get an annulment it's crazy....

In a sense i agree with this and in another i don't - Why should it be a requirement for a standard recruit? Leding a group./ Being in charge is not a requirement of a standard member

also:

all players have different playstyles and strengths... for this to be even remotely effective instead of just a chance for the seasoned players to dominate, the recruits would need to log more play time with one another. easier said than done for some. harder still that recruits do not have their own designated training/ recruit clan

A better way to test how a recruit will do is to have one recruit and a team of vets play some proper matches together, either against another CAG team of 6 or against proper opposition

im glad u voiced u opinion and Ty for the I like how u just placed my words in ur statement I won't re type just read exactly. A lot of players do have different games styles but the way we play as a team is not something you just come in with if we show you how we play you will show us how you lead it's just that simple how can you go and lead a team to battle if you don't know wat you doing or better yet how your going to represent who we are or stand for if you can't control ur team and let's not forget trust your team to watch every movement you do to anticipate the other teams approach... My opinion I played with many people and to be honest none comprehend wat we do or how we play. And Ty again I love ya opinions and they all are taken into consideration. Much love

That's my point tho bro... Joining a team from recruit to member doesn't straight put you in to lead that team... Therefore why make leading experience be an initiation/ requirement?
Probably a few guys here have no aspirations to lead and just want to play, to some this could maybe put them off?

It's more for us to see who has it that's all. It straight doesn't hurt. It's a great way of advancement and knowing who can run the show in your absence especially if ur doing team battles like a few are preparing for nothing more it doesn't mean u won't get in clan or anything like that it's just for us to see ur level when we run as a full 6team we run as one not as an individual if we win we do so as one so that's all.
