a lot of people who make an application don't ever come back after we put up the canned reply some think its too much work others think they don't need to prove them selfs to anyone half the people who fill out an application we never see again after we reply intimidation maybe who knows but i think we are doing just fine

I agree with you pissers....if we start getting soft and just allow anyone to join then we are going to start having problems again. We can not allow just anyone to join and we are not going to chase people either. Like you just said, they fill out an application and then they see that it is too much work to become a member, I am fine with that.

While we might be a casual clan, we are still selective and we all know what we want in this Family in terms of recruits and members. We have standards something most clans do not have and even with being a small clan now compared to the past and other clans, we still have very satisfied members in this clan in every division and every brigade.

I understand that at times it may seem to some of our members that there is no one to play with, but this clan is mostly made up of mature adults who have families and priorities besides just gaming.

With all due respect if any new recruit bitches and moans because it takes to long they are absurd.

Having to prove myself for my marksman might seem stupid for most. Achive an award on a forum but that's what makes it fun!!! This is our own little world. Everyone here has gone thru it once.

Nice post Bro, its because of recruits like you that CAG keeps going on strong after so many years. People like you who understand what hard work, values and standards area all about. If we started letting just anyone in then we would be just like any other average clan out there, we welcome everyone and everyone, but they still need to prove to us that they want to be here and if our simple little tryout is too much for them then they can go to another clan out there that will allow just anyone to join.

i've seen mob post on Battlelog when people are looking for clan however mob if you want to get together and work on a sort informative statement hit me up. 2 heads are better than one. we should have certain things but not a sort of default reply. i know i get sick of reading the same copy and paste replies/recruiting statements on battlelog from the same groups so i'm sure others do.

Parch and I hav been playing with a guy known as Da PR0FESS10NAL for the past couple of days. Really nice guy and plays well with us, he's very interested in joining and I'm talking to him today about the recruiting process and such.
