Recruiting

I have no problem posting on websites and sending messages to other players in game!
I was thinking and it's just a suggestion but why don't we establish a Recruiter rank and have a few people from each division working together to get our name out there and to bring in fresh faces!

Now the recruiter CoC would work together and let's say that each member has a few dedicated websites they hit up every day/ other day to post new threads or to pick up on people posting free agency, looking for a clan ETC.

Please everyone feel free to post ideas how this could work ETC.

I feel if we have a massive recruiting event once a month(or whatever) we could flourish and fill our ranks with like minded gamers!

Any one can do this mate, maybe get a sticky thread and post the websites CAG members have already tried to recruit on, this way we are not bashing their website.

Well you wouldn't have to make a roster bud. This would be a CAG thing as a whole not just BF. But I see what you're saying. I had a idea that I wanted to share! Thank you everyone for you input!

Thanks for the reminder Mob I would love to see our Fireteam do some recruiting.

I'd say the best way to recruit would be xBL messages directly to guys you see in lobbies?

Not sure exactly what you mean by recruiting on websites I would have no idea where to start :s

Just a reminder wich it was said earlier in the posting any one can recruit and bring people into the clan you just need to do it right and make sure the recruits do what there suposto like new member posts and so on. its also not always about great players if you have some one who is not the best in the world at bf4 but is a bad ass team player and calls out and is always trying to get the w then bring them into the clan as well we will progress and grow as a family it just takes time to build up
