Assault - ACE23/MP443 (universal)/Med bag/Defib or 320 LVG - Defensive Perk
Engi - M4/Rep Tool/RPG - Mechanic Perk for armor, AT Perk if i'm infy
Support - M249.. maybe PKP/Ammo bag/Claymore as infy - Defensive Perk
i don't do Recon
CAG JB (March 3rd, 2014)
Assult: 870MCS w/ Slug, laser, and Kobra. 1911 w/ Flashlight. Defib/medpack. Mini-grenade, and the medic "perk".
Recon Short range (400m<): SRR w/ 8x scope, 14x accessory, and straight pull. 1911 w/ flashlight. Spawn beacon and C4. Sniper "perk"
Recon Long Range (<400m): M98B w/ 40x scope, range finder, bipod. The rest don't matter.

probably should have mentioned V40's are the best grenades at the moment. i also use the Kobra RDS ON EVERYTHING as it doesn't get lost in the sun like the Reflex or Coyote do.
if you guys are lost as to what guns to use and what attachments check out www.symthic.com. i also have posted a thread in the BF4 forums called "BF4 Weapon Guide" check that out for some quick tips.

Hmm...mine changes in accordance to the map and game mode...but I would say generally ;
Assault: L85A2, M1911, First Aid, Defibs, R60s
Engineer: MTAR; M1911, Raper tool, SRAW, R60s
Support: RPK12, M1911, Ammo box, C4, R60s
Recon: M40A5, M1911, Radio Beacon, C4
All with their default perks.
Like I said tho...these are all subject to game mode, map, and how well I'm doing.
Oh and the most important thing I run with...CAG. ;-)

give the RPK74 a try if you like the RPK12 Arch. tap fire it for medium to long range.
