What Have You Done Today?

Well...as most will know...weekends are devoted to family. Mummy was exhausted so I took the boy down to the beach this morning to teach him how to do bunny hops on his scooter...my son is 5 but he wants to do cool things. Then we built sand castles and played pirates in the beach park a short walk away. When we came back...mummy had made cakes and then Ruben announces he needs to make a model of something for school, using only what's in our recycling bin.

After much debate...We decided a race car was the way forward. After much rummaging I came up with some materials, (tissue box, Fanta bottle, toilet rolls etc) and we set about being creative.

This was the result...


Ruben can't wait to take it into school tomorrow...I just hope it survives lol.

Today was family day. Today was a good day. :-)

Good shit Bro..nothing like spending time with your Boy ..I remember when My Son and I spent time like that when he was younger. Seeing those smiles and out of control laughter that they produce when they are having fun with Daddy is priceless man.

What did I do, I had a great time with my Son for his b-day tomorrow. It was his b-day weekend so we took him out to eat on Saturday night and his Mom took him out last night. On monday is his b-day and he is still having fun!
