After chatting with the guys and testing it out in a server we would like to get a few maps down pretty well and then start scrimmaging within CAG 5v5 just to test it out and make sure we aren't in over our heads. HG has a great idea for a recruiting event that we can do that will involve us finding potential recruits and inviting them to the event and using our CoC in the match and demonstrating what we can do. He is much better at describing it in detail and to my knowledge it is un like anything we have tried before. But again a work in progress.
Finally we understand that eventually we will have to battle other clans in matches or scrimms. To get in the mindset of how we need to play it will have to happen. We are not going to jump in all gun ho right off the bat, because we know we will get destroyed a few times. This is why I haven't tried to put together a full team yet. We will need the maturest of players that understand losing is a learning experience. People that will hold their heads up and get at even harder the next match. We cannot have some one on the team that gets moody and rage quits if we get dominated by 200 tickets. I am looking to give the players that will hold there had high and power through no matter what the outcome. Also players that understand that they are representing CAG and especially Whiskey company as whole. I will not allow members within the squad that will make the CAG babe look bad. I don't care if we absolutely run a team into the ground or get rolled ourselves, we will keep our cool and not trash the good CAG name.
