Haha I have done this before in case you couldn't guess. I have messaged a couple guys so we can get a start on it. Not worried about the roster yet. Gonna work on a plan of attack first. People tend to respect you a little more and are more willing to participate when there is a solid plan of action and no doubt behind the method.
