After chatting with the guys and testing it out in a server we would like to get a few maps down pretty well and then start scrimmaging within CAG 5v5 just to test it out and make sure we aren't in over our heads. We would like to get to clan v clan, but that is a little ways off.

HG has a great idea for a recruiting event that we can do that will involve us finding potential recruits and inviting them to the event and using our CoC in the match and demonstrating what we can do. He is much better at describing it in detail and to my knowledge it is un like anything we have tried before. But again a work in progress.

Finally we understand that eventually we will have to battle other clans in matches or scrimms. To get in the mindset of how we need to play it will have to happen. We are not going to jump in all gun ho right off the bat, because we know we will get destroyed a few times. This is why I haven't tried to put together a full team yet. We will need the maturest of players that understand losing is a learning experience. People that will hold their heads up and get at even harder the next match. We cannot have some one on the team that gets moody and rage quits if we get dominated by 200 tickets. I am looking to give the players that will hold there had high and power through no matter what the outcome. Also players that understand that they are representing CAG and especially Whiskey company as whole. I will not allow members within the squad that will make the CAG babe look bad. I don't care if we absolutely run a team into the ground or get rolled ourselves, we will keep our cool and not trash the good CAG name.

Like you said, you can't have players who get mad because they got their asses kicked and then now they don't want to play anymore and rage quit or start talking shit to others ... staying calm and collective during and after the games is what is going to propel you guys as far as you guys are willing to take it ...

I cant say that im not interested to see how you guys play this one out with the organisation that you speak of Gemini,
I know for sure we have a great bunch of players here with great knowledge of the game and skill level.
I hope you do succeed with getting this off the ground as its no easy task as we have seen before.Diff plan,diff angle of attack so could be possible and im not one to shoot shit down without first giving it a chance
You guys have my blessing to work at this as long as the guidelines you speak of(respect,taking time to organise and players realising its a different kind of commitment) are all followed with the utmost strictness.

Absolutely. We definitely have the talent here in CAG. Not worried about that at all. I want to find the guys that are going to keep pressing through and pull off those crazy come from being wins because they didn't let their emotions get the better of them and drag them and their team down.

Any team can have 4 world class players, but that one guy that gets discouraged and his team doesn't have his back to pick him up and push through, then they aren't a team at all.

That's why fit the time being we are being very selective until we get our baseline set. Then the sky is the limit from there
