Well I just spent an hour with tech support on xbox because my box is not reading my discs and after all that it's going to take 15-21 days for an exchange good news I'll bet getting new box. Bad news is I have to wait almost a month

Sucks pawz. I think they send you a new one before they get your old one. At least thats what they were doing right after launch

There's a standard exchange and an advance exchange standard is the 21 days and advanced is 2-5 days with a free game but they put a hold on your credit card for $500 and send the new one first

That is disgusting. A buddy of mine's PS4 died after a few weeks and they had him his new one within 4 days of him calling it in :/ Microsoft was really good about replacing 360s, wonder why they're dropping the ball so hard here?

Mine was acting up last night too and i had to reset it as well. Spent all day re-installing my stuff before i came into work.
