Marksman Suggestion

Hi guys, I'm currently still a recruit and I'm having trouble completing my marksman because during the times I can get online nobody really seems to be on. But I was thinking, if we can use battlelog to check that were correct on the number of kills etc. that were getting, why does it need to be verified by a full CAG member?

That is a rule, must have battle link and must play with CAG.
If you could get your marksman without playing with CAG member what's the point of joining?

Yeah I guess, its just frustrating because out of the time I put into the game only a small quantity counts towards it.
