Bf4 Rent a Server

I don't see any news about this for consoles.

You can go to servers on battlelog but you get a message saying
"

YOUR ACTIVE SOLDIER DOES NOT OWN ANY XBOX360 OR PS3 SERVERS
Go to your console to rent one"

but I'm sure that's just the default message. There's no option on the console to rent a server.
