There is a plain and simple explanation when clan wars is going on wich is Wednesday to Monday every other week and it is posted when the dates are. But when they start no one is to join any lobby's of other players at all this will stop everything
Yes but recruits don't know this they just see CAG members and they just want to play! I had to reply to a couple of CoD recruits cause no one else was giving them the time of day! I have never kicked a recruit to the side no matter what we are doing on bf brigade thats what CAG is suppose to be about! We are a family not just when it benefits us!

We have 25 members on clan wars. There is over 40 members on ghost playing and I know that a lot of my guys on the clan wars roster do bust there ass to help the recruites and out of the 25. 6 are officers and I think 2 or 3 usto be towards the very top of CAG a wile back. There is numerous ways to get in touch with us when you fill out your app for being a new req you get message of who you need to talk to so if the new recruite messages them people then they will get help real quick.

This Has always been a issue here at CAG .
And what I mean by that is that it happens n sometimes we just have no control of it .
I have never Known a fellow CAG member to turn a recruit away from helping with a Marksman or in anykind of way
A lot of Times what happens is Recruits will Not follow the procedure on what to do or who to message . And if that happens we can't do much .
That's why we need to try to also encourage recruits to get Familar with the forums .
That way if there is any question they have or any worries they have .
They can put it on the forums and within Minutes they will have a minimum of 5 fellow CAGs there to help them out .
Now don't get me wrong fellas . I'm not saying to not worrie about the recruits at all .
But I am saying that we all do our best to help out with the recruits .
So if there is one or t wo that happen to slide through the Cracks .
Then lets all rally up n come together to help them .
If you happen to know a recruit that needs help .
Then take it upon Your self to make a thread about it .
Let us know what the gamertag is and what they are trying to do n I guarante you all the Fellow CAGs will get this done ASAP

Well the couple of recruits I'm talking about followed protocol and added who they added! They posted on numerous threads asking for help and no one replied! A few days later one of the same recruits created a new thread asking for help and I read it but didn't reply just yet I was waiting for CoD to answer! Almost half a day later I checked back on it and still no CoD guys replied. I was disappointed to see a recruit begging for help and didn't get a reply except from myself at the time!
I know we have clan wars and it important but with out new recruits we wouldn't have the clan we have now! Recruits are the most important asset to CAG! I don't care if I have to weed out 5 idiots to get to that 1 dedicated and loyal recruit, that's just the price I pay!
So far we have had at least a handful of recruits that applied for CoD reapply cot BF4 because they say that they couldn't find guys to help or they said no one was ever on so they swapped to bf brigade and they have been very successful here!
All I'm trying to say is we all have to make time for these recruits even during CWs there should be designated members to help during times like these!

That is what every fireteam leader did in the past ...handle the recruits and showed them the ropes....everyone who is a PFC should be working with the new recruits ...and especially the squad leaders and platoon sergeants ..
