My post was written prior to seeing your post Vig. The things that go on behind the curtain, is exactly why people are tested and trialed before being put in those positions in the first place, so you can handle all the bullshit.., it takes alot to keep any social structure running smoothly even if it isn't, but at least appear that way, because remember everyone has their own opinions and minds, you need to be the filter for all of that shit., if you couldn't handle it brother.., then excuse me, why take it? And! Why not simply say you're stepping down especially if you knew you had other obligations to attend to? I get that it might've been in the spur of the moment.., deleting your friends, but hey we all make mistakes..,
