Obviously you don't communicate with your generals often because I was approached by Big Country and explained hat was going through my mind. Also I have no problem with you or the way things are ran. Although I do have a problem with your choice in leaders. That is why I am fine with being a registered member I would rather not be a part of the game portion of this clan. So fuck you is not in order here. With out further ado the following is my explanation to Big Country:
Well it wasn't a job offer it was a job. It also would be fighting forest fires during the summer and "parking" out private land any other time. I would be only on durning the weekends and barely at that. I had taken everyone off my friend list and was called away because my sister was having her baby. I was banned before the morning had come.

I was not going to leave persay, but stand down from the clan. I like CAG and see it as a community of like minded gamers. Yet I am done with the confusion. I am not trying to offend anyone, but I am sure it will happen.

When I say confusion I mean that I am being told one thing and then being scolded for that one thing. I was given leadership for a reason (I do NOT want it back either I am happy as a registered user). I was also told that I needed to update you every week on the happenings. You, the person that was happy to no longer be billeted under COD, and jump my Chain of Command (which is against the Code of Conduct). I was also offended by the fact that someone that doesn't even know the COD side was jumping in and trying to direct people. I understand that people have rank and such. That is why I attending the meeting and listened to the whole thing and said what I had said. Although after the fact I started thinking and to sum it all up there are too many chiefs. I understand that you couldn't see the main roster from tapatalk, but if you can use tapatalk you also could use your internet on your phone to check up, the very few times you needed to, on people's status and placement plus even more than that (data rates do apply I understand that, but as officers shouldn't you sacrifice for the greater good of the clan?). This isn't the only instance just one that deals with one of the reasons that I had decided to step down. Another thing is with confusion is the second guessing of who is in what position. When I was a officer I poured over the roster and activity of the people I out into the positions. Then to have them second guessed because ones post count was not high enough, but the time logged on was merit alone. There were even procedures put into place that wouldn't only be for those individuals. I had tried making things easier, and even simplifying things to make it easier for EVERYONE to do these things and give the opportunity for individuals that had difficulty meeting post requirements a leadership position (those that deserve it). Allowing more people to take spots later in their CAG. The last thing is the lack of following the rules that were set into place for a reason.[

Now the ball is in your court. If you wouldn't mind allowing my ip to be unbanned (remove my rank and admin rights and etc.) that is if you allow me to return as a REGISTERED MEMBER. If not please tell me to fuck off and I will drop this and never return or attempt to return. For those that would like to add me my GT is CAG Vigilant. I know I did a rash thing by deleting EVERYONE from my friends list when all I really needed to do was tell the officers that I was leaving and delete them. I do regret deleting most of the people on my friends list. This regret is the reason I made this account to hopefully gain forgiveness from those people and continue on doing just whys the list is a Friends list.

Mm, I get why you'd want to come back.., but by saying "You don't want to start any drama".. You're doing just that. Not sure what happened.. But I do welcome you back old friend, but it is true what Cheech said, you owe an explanation and you know exactly how we feel about delicate situations and you could've gone about this in an entirely different manner..,

But! I get that you might be wanting to make a point, and you might be thinking irrationally.., there are always ways to get your point across in a respectful and composed manner.., look at my I like to blurt shit but I seem to manage ha!

Let us know whats on your mind, and put it to rest.. And leave it there, a clean slate is what they call it I think.

My post was written prior to seeing your post Vig. The things that go on behind the curtain, is exactly why people are tested and trialed before being put in those positions in the first place, so you can handle all the bullshit.., it takes alot to keep any social structure running smoothly even if it isn't, but at least appear that way, because remember everyone has their own opinions and minds, you need to be the filter for all of that shit., if you couldn't handle it brother.., then excuse me, why take it? And! Why not simply say you're stepping down especially if you knew you had other obligations to attend to? I get that it might've been in the spur of the moment.., deleting your friends, but hey we all make mistakes..,

I'm just curious but did you talk to anyone and let them know how you felt? I'm not suggesting you didn't I just want to hear all sides so to say! I made rash decisions with my COs before so I'm just curious?

I knew and heard about your job offer as a fireman and I am pretty sure I even congratulated you on a post or on xbl when I heard about it.

You were given the rank of Captain and Billet of Company Commander for a reason and you had complete say in the decision making with all units and members below you. Just like Diamond, for some reason "YOU" felt like you couldn't do your job out of confusion or frustration and that is not my problem that is all on you.

My choice of Leaders is my problem not yours, all you had to worry about was your subordinates and nothing else. No one scolded you personally on anything, if you took what I posted as a personal attack or a lecture or a scold then that is your assumption and not what I did.

I addressed everyone not just you with the one post that I believe you assumed was a personal attack and a scold on my behalf towards you.

When someone is confused, they ask questions and no question is a dumb question or a stupid question in my eyes.

You say that someone jumped on the COD side who doesn't even know the COD side, who are you talking about? We are all grown men here, there is no need to speak about someone and not say who they are, everyone here especially the guys who I select and promote to Generals have a very fine understanding both on COD and Battlefield. Whether it's Knockers, Stormy, Brotal, Bluedevil, Covie or even Silent, every single one of these Generals has played and understands how to run the clan both on Battlefield and on COD.

If you had a problem with my choice in Leaders, "YOU" should of came to me personally or went up the chain of command or straight to either of the Generals or Toxic to express your damn concerns, why you didn't do so is beyond me.

I also have no problem with you Vigilant, but your lack of discipline, tolerance and inability to keep your composure is what got to you. My experience running a warehouse of 350 workers as well as being a coach for a football team and on top of that being Platoon Leader in bootcamp for the Marines and my 14 years as a Clan Leader gives me the confidence, discipline, tolerance and ability to run a clan and make the best damn decisions for this clan as is evident the last 14 years.

I always say this, I am only as good as the people I surround myself with and I have always surrounded my self with great co-leaders regardless of what they have done in the past and who they have been. From guys like Gdubs to RAbidChiapet, to KaptKoon and even Hawk, all these guys had great leadership qualities but the evil "Animosity" ultimately lead to them either leaving the clan or thinking how you are thinking about your fellow Doggs and higher ranking members, "the Leaders".

I can go on and on about how poorly you decided to go about with all of this, but I will stop here.

Just remember this, I trust every one who I make officers and co-leaders in this clan and I trust them enough to allow them to make the best choices and decisions with the best interest of the clan first and foremost. You should of had no problem and trusted "Me" and the decisions of any of the other higher ranking members, (officers) and had our backs just like we have had your back all this time.

So you gave your explanation, good thank you. Now lets move on. If you wish to stick around as a registered member I have no problem with that, but don't begin to cause any problems around here vigilant, because very easily I can ban you completely from the server and obviously you don't want that because you came back with a different account. I have no problem banning every single IP that you log in with if you decide to stir up shit. So go on with your business as a registered member and we are cool. ....

Clarification for any member that thinks they have no one to talk to is bullshit! I am proof that if I didn't feel I got the answer I needed or question answered, you can message CAG CheechDogg if all else fails I have talked with him a couple of times and he will listen he's not a tyrant!! So if you just quit or start lashing out on people with out talking first that's just bullshit and you need to check your attitude at the door!! This not directed to any specific person! Thanks
