I know this is a General topics, suggestions and ideas forum. But I thought I'd share my quick thought about the Justice System. About the general population exposed to laws that are old and new. That tie down your average law abiding citizen from living a healthy lifestyle.
With this lame "system of justice" those who commit less serious crimes (in my opinion) that you admit to making, such as a misdemeanor in possession that you did not purchase from your everyday pot selling dealer but from a personal grower. Leaves out the real culprit committing the more serious crime(s). This leaves your average hard-working citizen in a vulnerable position and on the edge of "make it or break it" circumstances, turning them into people almost forced to break more laws.
