Over the last two months or so we have seen a lot of changes in the clan, from personnel changes, clan structure, recruitment process and the Big Brother program which have helped in CAG's growth.
In the middle of it all is CAG BLACK DOGG who as of today promoted to the rank of Major and Co-Leader of CAG. He now joins Lucifer748 and StormySGT ELIAS as the only Co-Leaders in the Clan. So what does this mean? Plain and simple:
Co-Leaders
- Co-Leaders are Members between the Ranks of 2nd Lieutenant and General
- Co-Leaders must "NEVER" be disrespected
- Co-Leaders have full authority over all matters in the Clan including, but not limited to, decision making, accepting new Members, removing Members from the Clan, enforcing rules, promoting Members and creating Clan Match Teams for Gamebattles or private Clan Matches
I have personally trained CAG BLACK DOGG on how to run the forums, how to maintain them how to handle HR matters and at this point CAG BLACK DOGG knows just about everything there is to know to run CAG in the event that any of his Superior Officers are not around.
So congratulations CAG BLACK DOGG on becoming CAG's only Major in the ranks. You probably deserve a higher rank and billet but I want to ease you in to make sure you can handle it all.
Now I can sit back and see how you handle this and I wish you nothing but the best CAG BLACK DOGG. If you have any questions or you need help, "DO NOT" hesitate to ask for it. You are the last person I want to see get overwhelmed with obligations that come with being a Co-Leader who knows how to do the things you do.
