I also what to congratulate CAG GypsyOutlaw on becoming XBOX One's Division Commander and Co-Leader of CAG. This promotion is a meritorious promotion which will allow CAG GypsyOutlaw to take command of any unit for XBOX 360 ad well as XBOX 1.

His main task however will be to build up the XBOX One Division but he still holds high command on the XBOX 360 especially overseeing the Clan Wars Units.

CAG GypsyOutlaw dude, I can't say enough about you. Since you first got here, right away you took charge and you brought a no bullshit attitude that quickly spread to other members of CAG. I see how you too command respect and you don't wait for anyone to tell you what needs to be done. You have taken the initiative these last couple of months and this promotion I hope makes you see how important you are to CAG Bro.

If you have any questions Gypsy, don't hesitate to contact me Bro, you have my cell and I hope you continue to use it as you have in the past.

Building the XBOX One Division from scratch is not going to be an easy task Gypsy, but if what you did for CAG with the COD Brigade as a 1st Lieutenant and Platoon Commander is any indication of your leadership skills, you should have the XBOX One Division going strong very soon.

Also, congratulations to CAG Vigilant on being promoted to Captain and Company Commander. CAG Vigilant will be commanding Alpha Company for the COD Brigade.

CAG Vigilant will need to find someone to be his XO (Executive Officer) who will hold the rank of 1st Lieutenant. Below is what CAG Vigilant will need:

• Executive Officer (XO) - usually a First Lieutenant (O-2) - responsible for setting up meetings and events for the Company
• First Sergeant (1stSgt, E-9) - will be the Senior enlisted advisor to CAG Vigilant
• Gunnery Sergeant (GySgt, E-7) - will be responsible for the training of all members in his unit
• Property NCO (Sgt, E-5) - will be responsible for confirming awards and badges for the platoon
• Messenger (Pvt-LCpl, E-1/3) - will be responsible for sending out mass messages on XBL about anything that the unit needs to read about on the forums

Since Alpha Company will now consists of everyone on core and hardcore, the above positions will be required.

CAG Vigilant, I have no doubts you will lead Alpha the way it should be ran. You have proven yourself in many ways, you asked for more responsibility and this is your chance to put "Your" stamp on CAG. There will be other small roles and billets to fill and you and I can discuss that in more detail.

Congratulations once again CAG Vigilant and thank you for stepping up.

Yet another promotion, CAG LONEWOLF is now the Battalion Commander for the COD Brigade and will be more of a Staff role and billet to help out Covie and Country out.

His tasks will include the following:

Finding an executive officer (the second-in-command, usually a major), the sergeant major, and the executive staff (S-1 through S-4 and S-6)

• a personnel officer (S1), 2nd or 1st Lieutenant - In charge of making sure promotions and movements by members are done correctly

• an intelligence officer (S2), Chief Warrant Officer 1-5 or 2nd Lieutenant - In charge of planning for events such as Clan Wars, Clan Matches and Tournaments

• an operations officer (S3), Captain - In charge of setting up practices and training schedules for the Clan as a whole

• a logistics officer (S4), 2nd or 1st Lieutenant or Captain - In charge of setting up strategies and tactics to be used by the Operations Officer and the rest of the clan

• a plans officer (S5), Captain - In charge of coordinating and executing the strategies and tactics created by the Logistics Officer

• a communications officer (S6), Captain - Is responsible for making sure that meeting notes, announcements and mass messages are sent and posted for members of the clan either through xbox live , private messages, forum threads and announcements, Facebook and Twitter.

This will hopefully create more interest and a sense of urgency for everyone to become more active on the forums. This system here will create roles for more members to contribute to the clan and give them a sense of appreciation by becoming officers for CAG.

The current Officers will be given first consideration to fill out the billets posted above, but anyone who shows interest will be considered as well.

This as you can see will allow more members to become Officers which is a rank that members of any clan are always looking to get.

So Lonewolf, there you buddy, you have your hands full. This is your chance to make things easier for you and the rest of the clan. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask, make sure you get with Country, Silent, Covie and Gypsy as well as any other officer above you before you make these decisions.

Don't rush to fill these billets out, take your time and use your best judgement.
