Good Afternoon Folks!

I am very excited to announce the next generation of leadership in 1st Platoon. I have been honored to work with all of these guys and I am very proud of all of them, especially these two fine gentlemen here.

First, Mr. Gemini328 will be taking the position of Whiskey 1st Platoon Commander. He has been a great asset and I am sure will continue to be so. He has been promoted to the rank of 2nd Lt, so I would also like to welcome him to the realm of officer.

Secondly, assisting Mr. Gemini will be Mr. StainShake. He has been promoted to the rank of Staff Sgt, and will be billeted as the Platoon Sgt. I am confident they will make a great team and I am excited to see the future.

I look forward to continuing our work with these fine gentlemen as we strive forward in our quest for Battlefield domination!

I would like to thank all of you for your continued time and dedication to not only Whiskey Company but CAG as well. We grow stronger everyday and we have everyone to thank for it.

Congrats all round guys,yous have been around long enough to understand we always put CAG front and centre and I don't doubt that yous will continue to do so in the appropriate manner.
Like I mentioned in relation to Hg's promotion if yous find that yous need help with any of the given duties within your rank and billet don't hesitate to speak up.ask and u shall receive guys,we are a team here and their ain't no I in team.
Iv listed the duties below so yous can recap and look over these again if needed -
Company CO & XO
- Schedules and conducts Company meetings
- Monitors Company HQ leaders and Platoon Commanders, ensuring their tasks are being performed.
- Maintains Company HQ Roster.
- Trains and supports Company HQ leaders and Platoon Commander in their roles, to include filling in when necessary.
- Recommends Promotions for Company or Platoon HQ (requires particular rank and billet)
- Processes recommended awards and medals (requires particular forum permissions, held by officers)

First Sergeant (Administrative focus)

- Monitors Company and Platoon(s) leaders for promotions, proactive to member progress and reactive to filling empty positions.
- Supports many of the CO/XO tasks, typically an officer-in-training
- Works closely with the Platoon(s) leaders, includes being the point of contact for Platoon reports

Gunnery Sergeant (Recruit/Member Services focus)

- Gunnery Sergeant definition in the Chain of Command states that Gunnery Sergeants are members who have earned their Experts Badge and are ready to train and help recruits and new members obtain their Weapon Badges. "Gunnies" are CAG's Face of Discipline.

- Assign, monitor, and train recruiters (Recruiters are a special group of leaders, with specific forum permissions required to respond to COD applications)

- Monitors the accuracy of the application response (canned reply). If the Gunnie does not have permission to update, (s)he will coordinate with his CO or XO.

Awards and Medals NCO (Awards/Medals focus)

- Verifies award completion, ensures awards will not be duplicated, recommends awards/medals to CO/XO for processing
- Answers inquiries about the award requirements and how to achieve them

Forums Messenger (Communication focus)

- Collects and publishes meeting notes
- Communicates changes in roles/policies/structure to the Company

Platoon Commander
- Schedules and conducts Platoon meetings
- Monitors Platoon HQ leaders and Squad leaders, ensuring their tasks are being performed
- Maintains Platoon HQ roster
- Trains and supports Platoon HQ leaders and Squad leaders in their roles, to include filling in when necessary

Platoon Sergeant (Administrative focus)

- Maintains Platoon (Squad and Fireteam) Roster
- Monitors Platoon members for promotions
- Supports many of the Platoon Commander tasks

Platoon Guide (Game focus)

- Maintains Platoon Recruit Roster (requirement could move to Platoon Sgt depending on the
level of game-specific training)
- Platoon game-specific training (largely undefined, would like to grow this aspect)

Forums Messenger (Communication focus)
- Performs similar duties for the Platoon that the Company Forums Messenger provides for the Company

I know CAG sgt bear is currently pulling the weight of both regiment commander on 360 and xbox 1.i feel its only right that i levitate some of this weight from his shoulders and appoint a regiment commander to assist myself and bear with the xbox1 side.
I will say i have given this a huge amount of thought over numerous days,covered every question possible in respect of the best interests of both whiskey and CAG as a whole and looked at every single possible member to ensure that things where fair and i had the best possible candidate to fit the role.
So without further hesitation i would like to announce the promotion of CAG merzin8 to whiskeys xbox 1 regiment commander.
To me CAG merzin8 has been on top of his duties when it comes to whiskeys battlefield brigade,managing rosters,organizing recruits and members and being an all round supportive person towards his whiskey company members.
CAG merzin8 was initially mentored by CAG sgt bear and i feel there is real good chemistry there so who else better to work alongside his mentor than his protégé.
I feel that whiskey battlefield brigade will continue to strive with this promotion and press on towards the future leading cags name at the forefront of their every move.
Please congratulate CAG merzin8 on his new promotion to whiskeys companies xbox1 regiment commander
