Well here it is guys
Microsoft is launching its first update for the Xbox One video game console that will bolster Kinect voice recognition and add much-needed features.
The system update rolls out on February 11, says Xbox Chief Product Officer Marc Whitten in a blog post published Wednesday.
The update will include a battery power indicator for controllers, support for USB keyboards and the option to manage and view storage space. After the update, users can also manage how games and apps are downloaded.
"We remain incredibly energized and we are aggressively working to make Xbox One better, faster than ever before," says Whitten.
A second update launching in March will add improvements to the party and multiplayer systems ahead of the arrival of Titanfall, the first-person shooter that's expected to be the first major game release for the console.
The Xbox One and its rival, Sony's PlayStation 4, have gotten off to hot starts following their long-awaited launches in November. Combined, 7.2 million consoles were sold in 2013, ahead of analyst forecasts of 6 million.
