Well 90% of the problem even if you sticky this is that, well that there probably not going to read it! They will do what all other people that just want people to play with do, if were lucky we will find a few who really want a clan and to be willing to do what is required but they will be so damn excited that they will skip right though the message and forget they have it lol!
