    Well thanks and at least you recognized my potential! A lot of these guys think I'm too strict but if this is what you call strict why are my guys so eager to be more active lol! Maybe they just wanted a leader they could follow? Or maybe they respect me? Or I got luck of the draw with my team? Who knows but you just got to roll with it
