having to bump this once a week is wearing on me. there needs to be an emphasis of this to recruits or we need to find a way to make sure the guys who want and do communicate can play together and easily identify one and other and those who want to have conversations can play together.

There's a time and a place. But some if not most of us like to keep comms to game chat when it's not working out in our favour...so we can PTFO effectively.
