To put it simpler (my mind is also trying to wake up), the way I interpret Pawz's first post is that only X1 players will be selected as fire team leaders, in a platoon that includes both X1 and X360 players.

Eagle, Stormy, Brotal, Pawz, D4rky and yourself won't be in any fireteams because of your positions.
I've also collected some stats ... post count, marksman award date ... which can help with amount of forum activity. As far as people already helping recruits, it's easy to look at Marksman threads and see who's been helping.
