celtic you def need to take a step back and breath yes mind you you did get passed up on the fireteam leader spot or what not but you did get promoted twice with in the last 30 days just give it time man its not like your getting passed up totaly i mean god has been here for like 2 years and you out rank him so just slow down talk to who needs to be talked to and figure out a plan

Well this is a bit of a twist!! Well I have read requirements on ranking up and what it requires?? Well needless to say I busted my ass posting,helping recruits, playing as a team not a one man army hell I watched all your backs so you guys could get your dime bag achievements without worry about blueberries coming up from behind you!! And all you guys cared about was yours and not the team!! Kujeaux was the only one trying to return the gratitude, while the rest of you guys let me go down in flames!!! So I feel like I got a knife in the back, and now this, some how I can't figure out how I keep getting screwed!!! Finally I was sticking up for the clan which was frowned upon as well!! I did all that for nothing!! Congrats blameitongod I know why you were chosen your a returning member and CheechDogg has a lot of respect for you!! W1ldw3st fella your an awesome guy to play with but I'm not sure how you were promoted to leader no offense we all work toward the same goals, idk I'm not into bashing, so I'm going to leave it at that and wish you guys all the best but I can't stay and keep getting shit on! I stand up for the clan and get scolded by pawz darky for breaking chain of command when I thought this was a forum for a reason for people to say what they think but it's not!! CAG CheechDogg you have a great clan I wish you the best but you have a lot of bf brigade people that seem not too care! I can only hope everyone gets to read this before it gets deleted

i dont even have to say anything celtic, this right here is why things have turned out the way they did. You act like it is your god given right to become something here in CAG. Well here, respect, trust and anything given is earned. Lashing out at myself and piss is not the way to do it. With gameplay on the battlefield aside i know that you are a good man, i think you just focus it in a different direction. If you choose to leave CAG that's on you.

I have realized the harder I work and more I wait the more I get crapped on!! You know I know when people like me and when they don't and I'm not very liked!

I know for sure that pawz and d4rky don't like me and all they do is wait for me try and help then they frown upon it! These two guys are great don't get me wrong but I see I will never get anywhere here with them always going out a the way to yell at me

i read the post and i said in my post that you have been promoted twice if you want to say something i have been here longer than you i have more medals then you i have almost the same amount of posts and threds as you but you out rank me so does the give me a reason to be pissed and want to quit no it makes me want to work harder and get more plain and simple you need to breath step back talk to who needs to be talked to express everything to thim and work it out or leave im going to tell you right now if cheech gets on here and sees this his responce prob wont be pretty trust me he has officers in place and stands by what they choose to do if you wernt promoted there is a reason behind it that is all

Breaks man really i doesn't have anything to do with me being promoted or not, it's all about rules and requirements to be CAGs greatest you know!! What's the point of rules and requirements if we don't follow them. That's all I'm trying to point out and I hope you understand

Oh boy, I take three days off playing and this is what I get to come back to. Celtic, isn't the #1 most important thing for all of us to play together and have fun? I get there's the forum side and the individual advancement, but as a guy with higher kd/score per minute/several other stats than some of those in higher ranks, literally the only thing that matters to me on a day to day basis is that I make new friends and play some battlefield with some people who care about winning and teamwork as much as I do. If that means I gotta follow orders during a game, that's fine, and if I'm given the opportunity to give orders later on, that'll be even finer, but so long as that #1 most important thing mentioned above is being satisfied, I am satisfied. I've been a long standing member of several forums, some of which I have been monetarily compensated for, and I'd there's one thing I've learned it's that no system works perfectly, especially all volunteer places like this. Give the guys a break. And as far as Josh and the dime bag goes, you can't expect him to just lay down and abandon his own team, so what else do you expect him to do other than play on with the team the game makes him play for?

We were told we could express ourselves that's what I did nothing more. It's not like I said you fellas were bad leaders or anything of the sort piss! All I'm trying to do is express how I feel and no you have not once said that you don't like me! I was just saying I didn't feel like you did or darky did..
