I've not had the pleasure of fighting along side you bro but I do know you're a valued asset. Whatever issues there may be...perhaps they're not as significant as you think...I don't really know but I do know the mind can really fuck you up if you let things fester...I know this first hand ;-)

I was told from the off that good shit happens to good people...just give it time. You were double promoted for a reason...don't let that go mate. Perhaps when you calm down you'll reconsider. Look at things from a different perspective.
I'm always worrying about my behaviour round here and try and conduct myself in a way so that people don't think I'm a dick...but it doesn't stop me worrying about it. So that said...I can see where you might be coming from...but like I say man, you're a valued CAG bro...this is not the way forward. CAG needs people like you.
For fear of banging on and sounding homo...you get the gist of what I'm saying. It'll be a shame if you leave...but your decision is your decision.
