Yes that shit gets carried away making it hard for us to communicate with each other! That for example kujeaux was taking point and giving orders for us to do but we couldn't fully complete due to other people not being able to hear with all the chatter going on

Regarding Recruits:
Recruits that do not complete their Marksman within the allotted two weeks after applying will have their application denied, thus their forum name will go white. At that point they will need to resubmit an application and restart their Marksman, if allowed to. We will be following the COD model for awarding the Dogg ribbon. The Dogg ribbon will be awarded 30 days after the Marksman. This is a probationary time that the recruit must continue to show interest and be active, not simply become a member and stop participating. During the 30 days, the recruit must be active on the forums, 2 to 3 days a week.

The Marksman badge and Dogg ribbon now require someone of a particular rank/permissions to recommend the award. If you click Recommend, it will tell you if you don't have the appropriate permissions. Thus, when a recruit finishes their Marksman, someone will need to Recommend the award. If you recommend the award for the recruit, include a link to their Marksman thread in the request and post in that thread that you have requested it, so that others do not also request it. I haven't thought through how to do the same for the Dogg ribbon 30 days later, perhaps post in that same Marksman thread (or perhaps we'll wait until an officer meeting before awarding them, I dunno).

Additional award comments:
We didn't really have enough time to discuss new awards or how to get existing awards whose requirements are more COD focused, such as the Sniper award. Awards require a full CAG member to be present in the game and require a battlelog link (no battlelog link required for Marksman but is highly recommended). We plan to add this wording to the award. These games can be confirmed by members by looking at the battlelog link and verifying that the requirement was met and that a full CAG member was present ... i.e. if CelticSaint played with Pisspawz and got the Medic award (1 defib ribbon), I could confirm the achievement if I verified the ribbon and that Piss was there, even though I wasn't there.

I would like to vote CAG archangel for something lol he's always busting his ass and helping recruits as well as on the forums! The only problem is he is 360 not xb1

I was just looking at the requirements of fire team leader and possible candidates I don't see any of us that have enough posts or time served and we need to have expert shooter completed! The other thing is all experts are being cleared so no one will have that either!!?? Lol
