Clan Wars And Working Together

Today I worked from 0700-1300 on Clan Wars with a full team of 6 CAG members until 2 left a couple hours before 1300 and we picked up 2 possible new recruits. 1 retired Navy that ive been working on for some time and a new possible recruits that could really play! Great job guys. We took TDM Node together

working together is great and all but we also have a clan wars squad that needs work done and we had 4 members on its great that we capped it but it was with only 2 members playing not 4 together there was 2 clan wars rosters made for this reason one for people who just want to do the clan wars when they can and one for competive regardless of whos on or what were doing that was one of the big things in the meeting on monday night

if others where on and on Ghost then they could pair up but I was one of the ones on and had to leave so they filled in with who they could get and if some one fills in a spot to help 1 or 2 CWS members win then I do not expect them to ask them to leave just cause some one finally decides to get on Ghost and play

I will not ask anyone whom wants to play with me or join this Clan to leave any party that I am in or Team that I am running. Because you want to come in and dictate.

but the whole point of the cw roster is to play together regardless we stressed this in our meeting and its only during clan wars we are suposto have 100 percent team support so we can win if that isnt the intentions then thats y there was a casuel roster made that is why we never won clan wars because no one worked together and play together

and im not trying to dictate anythign like i said the wole reason for the 2 squads was one being 100 percent dedacated no mater what and the otehr one just playing with who ever when ever

ok talk to the ones who have not and are not online I have seen several people online and not playing Ghost at all at least these guys were on and playing a node and I will add they took the node

you can not run clan war from a phone or computer you have to be on Xbox and in the game

I said this clan war we would see how things went and changes would be made before the next if it is adding people or removing them

but regardless there is a thing called respect that clan war will not over ride we will talk to each other with said respect or we will stop clan war and go back to 1 roster

those bs camos and patches ARE NOT worth causing animosity in the CAG ranks and I will stop it before it happens

The dedication to Our Clan, its members and their reason for gaming and being a part of our Clan is far more important than "this"Clan War we are losing . And only some of us are getting online and Competing to Win this War.......the next War will be differant if you decide to show up. Maybe you should work on times for teams to get on together and play together instead of trying to run it off line....

I have been on ever single day of this clan war there is not one day that I haven't put in at least 6 pluss hours I'm online right now and on my phone.
