i my self will not delet your thred and i honestly dont think cheech is going to either. reason because it shows your heart for this clan and people need to see that we do have people keeping a eye on things. everyone joined this clan.family and read the rules and it states that fourm activity is a must so if someone got but hurt by you calling them out for not doing something their suposto well they can go some were else and complain im sorry but if you dont like the rules here there is always some were else you can go you were not in the wrong at all celtic and you have all of us standing behind you on this keep up the good work

Ok dude so let me get this straight in my own head then.what ur saying is that one can sign up on site,complete their marksman to become a member and be given the lowest rank then simply play with CAG online and not post therefore will not be able to progress from the lowest rank that they receive?respectfully I'm not saying anyone is wrong and I do and will always respect what decisions are made.its just merely me trying to understand things as much as I can

yes JB i am wondering myself so i do not make the same mistake in future by encouraging forum activity to have a certain mandatory minimum requirement. i would hate to give a recruit misinformation. that could confuse them if i say one thing and a different person says another.

That's exactly what I mean,I always encourage new recruits to be active as hell on the forums.i need to know the right information so that I don't miss lead others that come in through CAG's doors.

The only reason I am so active on the forums is cos John made me, saying I had to or else.

But seriously...surely all CAG must be active in all aspects if they expect to continue under the CAG banner? Not just do the bare minimum to attain their DOGG ribbon and then just play...that's not conducive to a good relationship...not completely anyway.

I agree with you blame! No offense or disrespect at all but just putting them on a inactive list teaches them nothing. If there on that list I see I it as they don't give a shit about our family so why should we keep reaching out to only have our hands bit!! Plus this also puts a bad taste in new recruits mouth so to speak! I think this inactive list is not going to teach them anything!!!! Again I'm voicing my opinion and concerns and we also got to look at how this looks! It seems people want to be in the number 1 clan but don't want to earn the right of being here

well the marksman is the way they earn the right to be here but i know what you mean bud. the forums are where all the information about important things is placed as well. it's tough to try and organize things, especially with BF4 having 64 players, if they don't know what we are trying to achieve and the strategies we are trying to utilize.

Yeah exactly, I'm not trying to be an ass but if you can't give the clan respect to do as or your asked or maintain the effort to rep CAG you shouldn't be here period!!! We have plenty of dedicated members!!

Just because you complete your marksman doesn't mean you have earned respect or the right to call yourself CAG is just a slap in my face if you can't continue to grow, respect, and earn your ranks through dedication and perseverance

Yes John. That's why now all the New Recruits (on the COD Side) that comes to CAG will be under a 30 Day Probation Time. They will not be in a Squad untile they finish their 30 Day Probation is Done. And only a COD Officer can recamend them their Marksman and Dogg Ribbon. They will be under a Mentor for their 30 days. And that Mentor will tell a Alpha Company Officer that they are in or out. The New Recruits will have to wear the "CAGR" for the 30 days also.
