    It's an extension that you install into chrome or firefox. Then you just go to Netflix's site and you'll see the library of whatever country you selected.

    i already have a strike against my ISP because i was using a non passworded connection so some cock sucker downloaded a movie and Warner Bros sent me a letter as well as me ISP which in turn they said one more of these situations and they would drop me.

    This isn't really the same thing. The absolute worst that could happen is netflix cancelling your account, but that is extremely unlikely because of how much they've embraced sharing accounts over the last year. I understand your concern though.
