Well there should also be qualifications as well to join competitive team. I was thinking:

No new recruits, they must have sharpshooter badge

Must have at least 15 hrs of game time with at least three different members for evaluation purposes

Must not have any disciplinary action on record and no second chances allowed, we are a team and we rely on each other

Also must have quarter pounder ribbon as well to show they can stick with there team through thick and thin

the way we used to do it was a minimum of 1.5 K/D and a minimum of 1.25 W/L Ratio. to my knowledge, that's how most comp teams decide on people. not necessarily those exact numbers but along those lines.

if you want to use a sharpshooter requirement, i'd suggest putting a minimum time frame on it. with enough time even the worst player can get 650 or however many kills it. i hope that doesn't come as me sounding like a dick or something as that's not my direct intention but its the truth.

yeah no problem man, i'm just trying to give a little insight is all - i ran with a team that was intended for competition for a few months. nothing i posted in this thread is meant to discourage anyone or be a dick or intentionally make people angry.
