Competitive Or Clan Wars For Battlefeild

I would like to get some kind of competitive games or tournaments going for bf4! I believe we have numerous guys that could be very valuable for this!! I'm just wondering what you guys think about it and how do we go about getting this started??

LevelBF is going to be hosting tournaments and competition seasons and they have been doing it throughout the history of the series. they will have the best set of rules/bans for competitive play. however no one will be doing any form of competitive play anywhere until console players can control servers.

that being said, i just want to throw this out there... competitive BF is a whole different world from pub stomping. that's where the best of the best play, so be prepared. i did some competitive play towards the end of BF3 and i fucking hated it. it's not much fun getting your shit pushed back over and over and over in a round. it's just a heads up, i'm not trying to discourage anyone.

if that was something that you guys did want to do i wouldn't recommend conquest. we would need some pro chopper and jet pilots otherwise our air and armor would be eaten alive. a good attack jet pilot can DOMINATE an entire other team.

I signed up for this site but they haven't sent me a email to verify yet. And we were waiting for dice to rent a server before we though t about having clan battles an such an before we do anything like this we will hold practice nights so we can learn how to work as one and just run around like chickens with our heads cut off. I like this site and the idea of clan battles and what not but we will need to practice first. I tried to set up a practice night before But due to the lack of forum activity at that time nobody knew about practice and only a couple of members showed up..

it can be difficult to get a lot of people together at the same time and on the same day. the only way i can think of combating it just having a shit load of members. its a numbers game. more members = better chance of getting more people together on the same day and time.

i can't remember if i got a verification from them or not. i know i did get a newsletter at the beginning of the month so i guess be on the look out for that? make sure you check your spam mailbox. everything is pretty much on hold until rent-a-server becomes available anyway which i hope is soon. i want some 24/7 500% Lockers/Metro for fucks sake.

This type of thing will become more common once they allow server rental, I think. Until then, it's pretty hard to get it set up on console.

I like the idea of our bf team practicing as a whole more than the competition itself, we have moments of greatness when were all on only because we communicate well. I think since the party shit is still whacked up with only 8 in chat we could do 2 teams of 4 or even if we had 10 at one time 2 seperate parties of 5 with the leaders collaborating through Skype or something. One well organized squad could easily dominate a team but imagine 2 full squads of CAG thoroughly communicating...? It's a wrap bro!

I remember us doing quite well on BF3 apart from the odd game lol, definetly something we should be aiming towards once rented servers are released.

Well there should also be qualifications as well to join competitive team. I was thinking:

No new recruits, they must have sharpshooter badge

Must have at least 15 hrs of game time with at least three different members for evaluation purposes

Must not have any disciplinary action on record and no second chances allowed, we are a team and we rely on each other
