If I understand it correctly, you can vote once per day from a given IP address. So, you can vote once from home. You can vote again from your phone through your provider's network. You can vote again from free wireless establishments, like Starbucks, McDonalds, etc.

Has anyone had difficulties doing the vote captcha? It took me about 15 tries yesterday to put in my 2 votes, it kept telling me I had typed in the wrong phrase! ...sob !
not in the last 5 days, some of those captcha's are hard to read though.
That is what I meant Blame, they are hard as fuck to read especially when they have the big ass black blotch behind the part of the phrase ...
I've had zero problems I can read them fine and it works the first time for me
