I agree to an extent as it can also depend on the individual's perception and understanding of the clan. Additionally, other members will gain a better understanding of the recruit and their attitude if they're playing with them. Personally I think the 250 mark is okay as that should be enough time for the average (as in plays a couple hours an evening) player to portray themselves as proper CAG material.
I had it drilled into me about attitude, respect, and forum activity. If these are not fully met by prospective CAG then action should be taken, and likewise thereafter.
I don't know too much about the other stuff so I can't comment...I'm not entirely sure what I've just written either lol. I'll get back to my SQL :-/
