It is the Combat Infantry Badge my good man. You have to prove your proficiency with all weapon classes by getting 7 kills in a round. Can be a pain cos you get the combat ribbons for 6 kills...Originally Posted by kenpachi

It's in the last battlefield awards section of the awards page...just after marksman etc iirc.
Kujeaux has been doing them all and has written good descriptions for all. CAG Pisspawz put up a post as well...

Click on "Clan Awards and Medals" and search for "Combat Infantry Award" ... the text says "Earn 5 awards in Assault Rifle, Carbine, Shotgun, LMG, PDW, Pistol and Sniper rifle.". But what's an award? Researching what other people have done, they would record 10 games for each weapon type (so that's, 70 games worth) where they got enough kills with that weapon type. An in-game ribbon is usually awarded for 6 kills (Assault ribbon = 6 assault rifle kills). Yet, we also have a CAG BF3 Rifleman Medal which states "Achieve 7 kills with the Assault rifle, carbine, LMG, Sniper, PDW, pistol, or shotgun in one round. Can only be awarded once per round.". But, why say that it can only be awarded once per round if it only requires one round to complete. So, I assumed that this is the award that the C.I.B. was talking about. Confused yet?
This is essentially what I've been doing:
Have 10 rounds with 7 Assault rifle kills
Have 10 rounds with 7 Carbine kills
Have 10 rounds with 7 LMG kills
Have 10 rounds with 7 Sniper rifle kills
Have 10 rounds with 7 PDW kills
Have 10 rounds with 7 Pistol kills
Have 10 rounds with 7 Shotgun kills

It might be overkill but I'd rather overachieve. I only have the Sniper rifles to finish but I haven't checked last nights matches yet ... I may have finished that one.
