Alright Whiskey Company, Eagle has that good idea fairy! Just hear me out and well see if this works, I feel like it could help smooth things out with all the recruits we got coming in.
I propose making another platoon just for recruits, we would have a few volunteers who are willing to work with recruit to get them their marksman, show them the ropes, and get the ready to play with the rest of whiskey company. I think we could have a "graduation" per say at the end of every week where the recruits become doggs and get placed in there respective platoons and squads. I was also thinking we would only do this during one day of the week, like a sunday so even if a recruit has his marskman by the time that 2 week period ends, he would finish that said week and head out with a bunch of other newly pledged doggs that way he knows some of the guys and hes not being placed in a platoon of seasoned battlefield vets. Any ideas, or volunteers please post in this thread!
