Depends on what you mean by all your shitEverything went smoothly.
Your gamertag will transfer when it asks you to sign in with your xboxlive email and password. You can be signed into your gamertag simultaneously on the 360 and the X1 (have been in 360 parties while playing X1 online).
Battlefield 4 will simply ask you if you want to do a one-time transfer when you put the disc in (like I said in another thread, I believe that your stats move and after that they are separate, so if you are level 25, you will transfer that and be level 25 on both. After that, if you play on 360 then the 360 profile advances, if you play on the X1 then the X1 profile advances, separate). I don't think the BF4 transfer remembered my gun and vehicle setups.
Ghosts syncs up with your gamertag and I've read that your progress is the same and reflected on both. So, progress on one applies to both.
I don't think either game transferred the settings (like sensitivity and brightness).
yep start up thw first time takes a bit due to a console update but once that's done load up your profile and 1....2.....3....poof! done.
