Well guys I'm leaving and the reason is everyone are on Xboxone now and nobody seems to play 360 anymore. I'll come back when I buy a xbox one.

There's no reason to leave if you plan to come back.
I was curious so I annotated which console everyone is playing BF4 on (my memory), from the roster list (https://www.cagclan.com/community/th...pdated-12-8-13). There might be people who are only on BF3 at the moment but I can't remember. I've been on the Xbox One since it's release so it's difficult for me to know who is still playing on the 360, who's CAG time has gone down or up.
Specifically, squad and fireteam leaders should be focused on helping you get your marksman.

I see tons of people playing BF4 on 360 from the list he provided. Send them messages either here on the forums or over Xbox to get them added to your friends list. Part of being a CAG recruit is taking initiative and reaching out to those that play the game/style you like.You'll make it and find a lot of good friends in the process if you can stick with it.
