Not one single person was kicked out of CAG this past week. Everyone that left did so because lies were fed to them, simple as that.
Now let's get things clarified here. People were kicked off of the "COD Clan Wars" roster for not participating in clan wars during the first week. Why? We had a full roster and couldn't add anymore members of the clan to that roster. Over 25 members of the clan did not participate in clan wars and I even posted that if you did not participate or contributed in the clan wars the first week you "WILL BE REMOVED" from the clan wars roster. These people were not kicked out of CAG, POINT ONE !
Our forums are not closed to the public and that thread is visible for everyone to see. I don't lie to anyone about anything and I sure the hell will never "SUGARCOAT" shit for anyone. Most of those "Officers" that left, "jDIAMOND", "BLACK DOGG", "Bx3Boyz", "Randuken" were officers who had "admin" rights and were taken away from the for making too many errors in the back end of the forums. Because of the errors and mistakes, I had to spend over 60 hours combined to fix their errors and mistakes that could of been prevented or avoided if they simply followed simple instructions about what they could and couldn't do in the back end of the forums as admins. POINT TWO !
These guys were the top officers in CAG and they couldn't even handle being told they made mistakes and instead chose to spread lies about me treating them like shit and decided to start their own clan. We don't talk shit to other clans or even players in lobbies, yet these officers allowed that kind of shit to happen during games and even in lobbies before games. POINT THREE !
Remember this, jDIAMOND was kicked out of CAG for going to other clan's websites and here on top100clans.com telling people he would kick their ass in real life all because of a clan match in which he and his team got beat. He begged us to come back to CAG and even cried, yes he literally cried and said he couldn't live without CAG. We held meetings for over 2 weeks talking about jDIAMOND whether we should allow him to come back. He was allowed to come back and still continued to do things that he shouldn't which would take me for ever to list them here. POINT FOUR !
BLACK DOGG left CAG because he couldn't handle the "pressure" of being an officer and because of the stress during a move with his family to a new place. He also was so immersed in CAG to the point that he blew up or cell phones with calls and text messages begging us to make a decision about him being promoted to #3 on CAG's Chain of Command because if we didn't he would not of had a comfortable weekend and couldn't wait for us to think about it, talk it over and decide if we should promote him to #3 or not. POINT FIVE !
These 2 guys alone were difficult to work with on many levels. Yes they were great leaders for CAG but they just couldn't handle leadership roles and especially positions of power at all. The whole point of having "co-leaders" is for them to make things easier not harder especially when I have to worry about maintaining the website and forums and making sure everything is running smoothly and everyone's information is safe. POINT SIX !
Don't forget that BLACK DOGG was the one that kicked people out and banned them for no reason before he left CAG and came back. We only found out about the reasons which were "NONE" when he kicked them out and banned them after he left and those members, some of which left CAG to join their new clan asked to "please" allow them to come back to CAG. POINT SEVEN !
If you want to talk about kicking out and banning people for no reason, look at BLACK DOGG. POINT EIGHT !
Everything mentioned here is documented on our forums and those threads can be made public at any time for anyone to see. That is why I always stressed the importance of using our forums for any issues that arose. We have a clan members only forum and two more forums, officers only and co-leaders only to discuss more serious matters in the clan. I always told them to use the forums to discuss their issues or problems they were having there instead of on xbox live parties that way we always had proof of what was going on.
So the proof is all there, I don't hide shit from anyone and don't treat anyone like shit. If you can't control yourself during games, if you rage quit during games, if you decide to offend or insult others during games or in lobbies, these are all violations that CAG will not tolerate. Our Code of Conduct is why CAG has been around for so long.
All these officers and members leaving CAG "WONT" hurt us at all, I can guarantee you that. People will still come around applying to join, people will still come around and vote for us. Why?, because we are a well established clan with Integrity, Honor and Respect to others. Those that have no problems following rules and our Code of Conduct will quickly find out that CAG is a great clan.
You guys only made things easier for me by leaving. Now I don't have to worry about kicking people out who were clearly causing problems in lobbies or officers not doing their jobs as admins and as co-leaders.
What are you guys going to do when CAG once again gets voted to #1 this month? I told you guys this, don't come back asking me to come back to CAG, all you guys that decided to leave this past week are no longer welcomed or wanted back in CAG. You guys want to see me treat people like shit, well here you go, you guys are all followers and not leaders. You guys deserve each other. I wish you all luck with your new clan, but don't ever think you guys will "EVER" be allowed back in CAG.
That was me treating you guys like shit ....lol...
Oh and next time you guys want to post shit about us, do it with your real name or clan tag. Stop being cowards, let us know who you really are so that people can see who is posting what. Then I can show everyone proof about "you" who is posting lies about CAG. I have no problem posting with my real name or clan tag ...
