Today on this day in History I was on Recon Mission comming back from Mosul. On 4 Dec 2005 I was hit by an IED in Tikrit, Iraq. December 5th is my "Alive Day". So guys this week I may be a little wierder than usual.....

"Alive Day"...I have never heard that phrase. I have friends in the military and I was in it for 4 years, but I don't think I know what that means. I can probably gather exactly what it means, but don't want to jump to any conclusions. Can some explain to the nooblet here?
