That's the right place, as it automatically goes there if you use the "Request Award" feature. Did you also request your Dogg ribbon? I didn't see it requested.

I know these recruits have either xbox one or 360. I need all officer to keep in touch with these recruits ASAP. I haven't seen any of these recruits post their marksman badge yet beside MEAxWANNAxBANG (figuring out how to get his battlelog to link to the forum).
