Xbox only comes with a years warranty on it and mines a year and 9 months.the set charge would be a straight out £64

Try some good ole compressed air. Works wonders. I spray my xbox out once a week. Runs like a chevy.

Thats right. Worked for me a time or two. Dirt and dust get on the laser eye. Itll cause disk read errors. Believe me. Ive repaired quite a few and brought some back to life as well.

Update on xbox.following through you guys steps.tried gypsies disc cleaner last night.might I add it took me ages to find a soft bristled one and a lot of open cd clearer cases in asda.next step is the compressed air if the cd cleaner doesn't work and thanks guys for the help much appreciated
